- 360 clean of all doors
- Clean windows and windowsills (interior)
- Clean air vent covers
- Remove all trash, plastic coverings, stickers/markings

Frequently asked questions:
Do you offer residential cleaning services?
-Apologies, but we do not offer residential cleaning services.
But you clean rental houses? Condos? Apartments?
-Correct, however these properties are vacant. Our services make properties ready for the next tenant, be it a home, condo, apartment, etc.
Then how do you complete a move out clean?
-As mentioned above, the property would be vacant and unoccupied. We do not service occupied apartments, houses, condos, or dwellings designated as living quarters.
How long does it take to clean?
-This is dependent on a couple of factors, some being how intense of a clean is needed, size of unit/property to name a few. A walkthrough will take place at which, we can align on if the clean requested warrants a standard or deep clean and any other concerns can be addressed.
What if I need to cancel?
-We understand things may happen and as a result, you may need to cancel or reschedule. With this in mind, so long as cancelations or rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of original scheduled clean date, there shall be no penalty for cancelation or rescheduling.
What if I have a concern post clean?
-A walkthrough is required post clean to ensure client satisfaction. At said walkthrough, we can address any concerns in regard to services. Once the walkthrough has concluded and has been signed off on, Maid It, LLC is no longer responsible for any dissatisfactions. If client is not available for a walkthrough, client has 12 hours to reach out to Maid It, LLC with any concerns at which time Maid It, LLC will address/rectify. After said period, Maid It, LLC is no longer responsible for any dissatisfactions.
Do you clean offices?
-Yes, if you are a small business that needs your offices/place of business cleaned, give us a call. Small offices, apartment/condo complex offices and their common space areas are our specialty. We can also handle your wellness space (hair salons, gyms, barbershops) cleaning needs as well.
What if only need a one time clean?
-No worries, we offer daily, weekly, monthly, and one time standard and deep cleans.
If you clean my office, will you clean off my desk too?
-We will clean off tables and desks, however for your safety as well as ours, we ask that all important documents and items be secured off the desk or table surface prior to cleaning. We do not organize paperwork/items left on desk surfaces.
Do you clean during regular business hours?
-We work with you and when the most ideal time to clean is for your business needs.
When is payment due?
-Payment is due upon receipt of invoice for services rendered. Please refer to your invoice for additional direction on payment.
